The nose is aromatic and offers a fine power / intensity. It reveals notes of quince, citrus and small notes of spices, yellow fruits associated with a very discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is well-balanced, very slightly “perlante” (very discreet sparkling sensation) and offers a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy apple, crunchy William pear and small notes of citrus associated with fine touches of yellow berries, minerality as well as very discreet woody hints / spices in the background. A fresh and well-built wine.
