The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose offers floral and spicy aromas, as well as a delicate touch of exotic fruits. It expresses notes of fresh lychee, yellow melon, ripe mango, orange jam, pineapple strawberry, pineapple in syrup, fresh rose, a touch of ground ginger, as well as a fine note of fresh vanilla. On the palate, the wine is fragrant and airy. It expresses notes of lychee, juicy yellow peach, pineapple in syrup, coulis of passion fruit, orange jam, combined with notes of rose petals in syrup and ground ginger. The acidity is rather supple, but in harmony with the style of this wine. The finish is aromatic, persistent, and also expresses the bitterness of bitter orange jam and grapefruit, which balances the sweetness. An expressive and fragrant wine, soft, but balanced.
