The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose offers concentration, sweetness, fruit and a fine spiciness. It expresses notes of dried apricot, mirabelle plum, yellow plum jam, juicy fresh yellow peach, peach in syrup, golden apple, candied lemon peel, candied orange peel, as well as flowers (orange blossom, rose, iris) and fresh almond. On the palate, the wine offers a nice concentration and sweetness, but also freshness. It expresses the flavors of bitter orange jam, candied lemon peel, juicy yellow peach, peach in syrup, pineapple in syrup, as well as quince jam and orange blossom. The finish and persistent, with notes of candied lime and a perseptible bitterness, but refreshing and integrated. A rich and concentrated wine, without being heavy, with a nice freshness.
