Guaspari – Viognier / Vista do Bosque 2016 – Espirito Santo do Pinhal, Brasil

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of lychee, flowers and small notes of passion fruit associated with small notes of vine peach, mango, discreet hints of citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla and salinity. The palate is fruity, beautifully round and offers freshness, fat, a fine suavity, a small tension as well as a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, passion fruit and small notes of mango / apricot associated with small touches of flowers as well as slight hints of mandarin and vanilla / toasted and a very discreet touch of salinity on the finish. Good length.
