Grappa  Distilleria Marzadro – Espressioni Solera, Bagnomaria anno 2010

The nose is fresh, aromatic, voluptuous and offers a beautiful balance. It reveals fine notes of flowers, vanilla and orange zest associated with fine touches of sandalwood, a discreet hint of dry yellow grape and a very discreet hint of dried lemon (in the background). The mouth is fruity, juicy and offers a nice fat, a nice roundness, a beautiful balance, a fine acid frame, a fine straightness, finesse as well as a beautiful expression and elegance. On the palate, this Grappa expresses fine notes of dried orange, dried zest (yuzu, lemon) and discreet hints of Zante currant combined with an imperceptible hint of honey, caramelization and a very discreet tip of cocoa. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of honey and grilled almond on the aftertaste.
