The nose reveals notes of fruit compote, fine notes of beeswax and candied peach associated with discreet notes of dried citrus as well as a touch of cumin and a discreet note of physalis. The palate is fruity, quite fine, elegant and offers a fresh / mineral frame, a little acidity and a unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of nectarine, quince and slight notes of mandarin paste associated with slight notes of exotic fruit, candied fruit / peach and a discreet note of physalis. Good length and persistence.
