The foam is persistent with fine bubbles. The wine is a pale gold color. The nose is expressive on yellow fruits such as peach, apricot and nectarine. There are also light orange zest and a smoky side. It’s pleasant, fresh and dynamic with menthol. The toast and bread crust are progressively intense. The mouth is fresh on the toast. The bubbles are fine and lively with a hint of salt. The mid-palate is very discreet like the rest of the tasting, with a silky and salivating texture. The finish is fine with a hint of almond and umami.
