It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis associated with slight notes of spice, a fine hint of Sichuan pepper as well as fine touches of minerality. The palate is fruity, precise and offers an acid frame, freshness, a tannic structure as well as a nice and fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis cream, blueberry and fines touches of blackberry associated with a hint of sweet spices, clove as well as a few discreet woody notes. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and persistence.
