The nose is elegant, complex and offers great finesse. It reveals notes of apricot, dried fruit, currants grape associated with a few fine notes of dried apricot, melon, flowers (elderflower / juniper) and spices as well as a discreet touch of green tea. The palate is fresh, harmonious, elegant, well-balanced and offers a small (slightly saline) minerality. In the mouth this Whisky expresses slight notes of apricot, melon, fruit, white peach and vine peach associated with slight notes of yellow fruit, touches of citrus, spices as well as fine notes of dried flowers, a touch of bog, fine oaky notes, a touch of nuts and fine minty note.
