The nose is gourmand, fine and aromatic / fruity. It reveals notes of Zante currant, dried peach and hints of lemon zest associated with touches of wood, a very discreet hint of caramelization / rancio, gray pepper (in the background), spices as well as an imperceptible hint of zest of mandarin (in the background) and vanilla. The mouth is fruity, round, fine, fluid and offers a small fat, a fine unctuosity as well as a nice balance between finesse and power. In the mouth this Whisky expresses notes of apricot, compoted peach and slight hints of pear, lemon zest associated with slight/discreet hints of dried yellow raisins, rancio, a discreet of grilled oak (in the background), caramelization (in the background) as well as an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background) and dried peppermint (in the background). Good length. The aftertaste is slightly spicy.
