The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of raspberry, small red berries and more slightly tangy / pulpy red plum associated with touches of cassis as well as fine hints of violet, liquorice, discreet hints of laurel / grove local. A fine saline hint on the finish / persistence.
