The nose is fruity, flowery, aromatic and offers a little content side. This wine deserves to be decanted. It reveals notes of ripe wild raspberry, ripe wild blackberry and more slightly wild berries associated with a touch of violet, a sense of place, discreet hints of fresh tobacco, cardamom as well as an imperceptible hint of hot rosemary and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a certain freshness, a pretty racy minerality, a little content side, straightforward finesse / precision / mastery. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, bright cherry and more slightly boysenberry associated with a touch of violet, cassis, plum blossoms as well as hints of sense of place, to a discreet hint of oleander (in the background). Good length. Precise and well-developed tannins, structuring and polished.
