Giacomo Borgogno – Barolo DOCG 2017, Barolo

Giacomo Borgogno – Barolo DOCG 2017, Barolo

The nose is aromatic, spicy. It reveals notes of blackberry, strawberry and more slightly rosemary associated with a touch of thyme, fine hints of sweet spices and a discreet hint of white pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, fluidity, a little tension, roundness and fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy / fresh raspberry and more slightly red berries associated with touches of laurel, local grove, vanilla, toast and a subtle hint of sweet blond tobacco.
