(Bio) The nose is beautifuly fruity, mineral, clear and offers purity. There are notes of fresh quince, racy minerality and small notes of crunchy apple associated with slight hints of fresh/ juicy small fruits and a discreet hint almost verbena. The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a beautiful energy as well as chiseled side. In the mouth it expresses notes of acidulous/ juicy quince, acidulous/ juicy mandarin and small notes of juicy/ acidulous peach associated with slight touches of apricot blossom, discreet hints almost fresh pineapple and a subtle acacia blossom hint. Good length. Beautiful purity and definition.
