The nose is fruity, gourmand and full. It reveals notes of candied lemon and lemon flowers/orange blossom associated with a hint of green lemon zests as well as hints of crunchy flat peach. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension as well as a nice definition. The effervescence is very slightly creamy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied green lemon and crunchy flat peach associated with small touches of exotic fruits as well as a subtle hint of crunchy Granny Smith apple and a slight hint of orange blossom (in the background). Good length.
