The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of quince, ripe fruit and beeswax associated with a touch of minerality and a touch of straw / hay. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant and offers a beautiful expression, a certain power and an acid / citrus frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of citrus (lemon, clementine) and pineapple combined with touches of quenette, apple and minerality. Good length.
