The saké is transparent with a pale straw color. The nose is intense with fresh green coffee beans and lot of fruits like banana (isoamyle), roasted rice and apple. In the mouth, it’s fresh with a light fizz at the attack and high acidity. We can feel the banana (banana candy) and green apple with a hint of cooked rice water. The medium finish is slightly bitter which allows to cleanse the palate.
