The nose is racy, finely tight and offers minerality and freshness. It reveals notes of dry lemon, quince and small notes of candied mirabelle plum associated with fine hints of honey, saffron and very discreet/imperceptible hints of small nut fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a good definition, juiciness, harmony, an acidulous frame as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied mandarin and small notes of candied kumquat associated with small touches of candied Mirabelle plum as well as small hints of saffron, candied ginger and a subtle hint of crunchy pineapple. Good length.
