The palate is fruity, mineral and offers freshness, a certain tension, richness full of balance, an aerial side, a small creaminess, juiciness, energy and a certain deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/creamy raspberry, small red berriesand small notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry associated with touches of acidulous/fleshy plum, violet, green cardamom, nutmeg as well as fine hints of sugared mild tobacco, mocha and an imperceptible hint of cinnamon (in the background). Tannins are chewy and gourmand. Sapidity and a fine chew on the finish. Good length.
