It reveals notes of cassis, wild blackberry and more slightly wild small red fruits, violet/flowers associated with touches of black pepper as well as hints of spices, toasted oak, rose, smoked and clove. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a mineral frame, a small fat, a fine suavity, tension, precision as well as a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild raspberry, ripe cassis and more slightly ripe/fresh small red berries associated with touches of flowers as well as hints of tobacco, spices and a very discreet hint of clove.
