Gancia Cuvée 36 mesi rosé Brut 2018 – Alta Langa Rosato

The nose is aromatic and finely spiced (white pepper, nutmeg). It also expresses aromas of dried raspberry, dried strawberry, fresh morello cherry, pink grapefruit, blood orange, as well as a fine floral bouquet (rosehip, rose), and a touch of barberry jam (even English candy in the background). The palate offers gourmandise and roundness and expresses notes of morello cherry, strawberry, dried raspberry, grapefruit, blood orange, red apple, a touch of dried mint, dried flowers, white and pink pepper fresh. Good acidity and good persistence on the palate.
