The nose is aromatic and expresses notes of evolution and aging on lees (brown butter, fresh hazelnut), which then combine with aromas of honey and wax in the background, bitter orange peel, fresh orange and fresh pineapple. The foam is very fine and pleasant, but intense. The finish is complex and as it develops, it adds notes of toast, honey, brioche, dried and fresh white flowers, dried peel and candied pineapple to the wine bouquet. A wine with lots of flavors, refined, balanced, tangy and lively.
