The nose is powerful, aromatic and offers a certain small intensity as well as deepness. It reveals notes of blueberry, physalis, small notes of quince associated with small touches of apple, yellow plum, fine hints of sage, passion fruit as well as discreet hints of honey, patisserie and fresh sage. The palate is fruity, well-balanced (beautiful balance) and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, precision, finesse, tension, delicacy as well as a very fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed physalis, crushed Mirabelle, small notes of apricot associated with touches of pulpy brugnon, pineapple, lemon, mesocarp as well as hints of bee wax, hazelnut butter, a discreet hint of patisserie, almond (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of fresh local grove. Good length. An aromatic power in the finish (lengthens the persistence).
