The nose is aromatic and offers a small intensity, a fine power as well as elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, grey pepper, small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of small wild red fruits, cherry core as well as hints of garrigue, rosemary as well as hints of dry ground and a very discreet almost saline hint. The palate is fruity, well-built and offers minerality, a small freshness, fullness, a fine grain, gourmandize, a certain generosity as well as a certaine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis, small notes of fresh/crushed raspberry associated with touches of cherry blossom, cherry core, hints of rosemary, laurel, cuben pepper as well as fine hints of dry ground, bourbon vanilla pod and a subtle olive hint. Tannins are precise, elegant and offer suppleness. Good length.
