The nose is elegant and offers concentration, richness (in the background) and a very fine finesse. It reveals notes of black cherry, small wild berries and small notes of violet/flowers associated with fine hints of liquorice stick and very discreet hints of toasted in the background (bring roundness). The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a beautiful freshness, a beautiful roundness, a fine grain as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy cassis and small notes of juicy blueberry associated with small touches of raspberry, fine hints of fleshy/juicy Gariguette strawberry as well as subtle hints of liquorice stick, tobacco leaves and a very discreet hint of violet/lilac (in the background). Tannins are elegant.
