Beautiful mineral, precise, tense, subtlely tight nose that offers a beautiful elegant and precise grain. There are notes of bigarreau cherry, pulpy blueberry associated with touches of violet, lily as well as hints of spices and a subtle hint of smoke. The mouth is fruity, balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, suavity, a good definition, suppleness, elegance as well as a small fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, bright plum and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of violet/ violet candy and a subtle hint of very discreet hint of sense of place (local biotop). Tasty and sapid tannins. Beautiful acidulous finish/ persistence.
