The nose is elegant and offers power (full of finesse) and an incredible finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of black cherry, Boysen berry and small notes of blueberry, strawberry associated with fine touches of raspberry, hints of black tea, liquorice stick as well as very discreet hints of rose/violet. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a very fine juiciness, tension, a very beautiful finesse as well as a beautiful structure and construction. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy cassis associated with fine touches of wild strawberry, ripe cherry as well as hints of violet, rose, liquorice stick as well as discreet toasted hints, a very discreet hint of caramelization and dark chocolate. Tannins are fine, supple and elegant. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of Timut pepper on the persistence/aftertaste. Beautiful job!
