The nose is elegant and offers a very beautiful finesse, power as well as richness (but full of finesse). It reveals notes of wild blackberry, small wild berries and small notes of blueberry, Sichuan pepper associated with touches of wild red berries, rose, very discreet hints of pink lilac as well as a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper (in the background), liquorice and an imperceptible hint of black tea. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful gourmandize, a very beautiful textute, a beautiful finesse of the grain, fleshiness (full of finesse) as well as a fine tension.
