The saké is transparent with some silver reflects. The nose is discreet, light, with cooked rice and green melon notes. The mouth is much more intense and complex with an explosion of toasted flavors, cooked rice, cream and fruits. It brings a deep umami accompanied by a nice acidity. It’s smooth and full with a dried slightly bitter finish. Good length.
