The saké is clear like water with a silver ring. The nose is clean with a nice flavors intensity. We can find fermented fruits like pineapple, golden apple but also roasted rice and chestnut. It is a full-bodied saké with a nice balance in the mouth. It’s sweet at the attack and then watery acidity appears with a lot of delicate rice aromas. It is classic with a slight bitterness in the finish. Nice texture, long finish.
