The nose is spicy, balsamic and offers a fine minerality. The mouth is mineral, finely tight, and offers freshness, tension, some power/concentration. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, juicy/pulpy raspberry and – small notes of juicy red plum, associated with touches of flowers as well as fine hints almost sage / fresh herbs. A fine hint of chocolate in the background, pretty acidity.
