Fruitière Vinicole de Voiteur – Crémant du Jura Blanc Brut- 13%

The Crémant is shiny and clear with a light straw yellow color. Bubbles are dynamic. The nose is fresh and intense with notes of coconut but also fresh apple. We also perceive touches of dried fruits such as almond and hazelnut. The attack is frank and fresh with a very present and salivating acidity. The effervescence is marked. We have notes of cooked apple but also of candied lemon and hazelnut. We perceive a slight bitterness in the mid-palate accompanied by a hint of coffee. The finish is a little toasty, a little smoky with this roasted note. The finish is long.
