Fruitière Vinicole de Voiteur 2015 – Château-Chalon

The nose is nicely harmonious, gourmet, offering a sensation of richness/roundness. There are notes of crushed mirabelle plum, crushed yellow apple and more slightly candied yellow fruits combined with hints of crunchy apple, hazelnut, vanilla and a subtle hint of chocolate. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity and offers tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy yellow apple and more slightly dried yellow peach combined with hints of quince, fine zest and a very discreet hint of tangerine, seed, hazelnut and fresh nut. Good length. Salinity/sapidity on the finish/persistence. Almost a discreet tannic quality on the finish/persistence. Nice work on the bitter taste.
