Fruitière Vinicole d’Arbois – Montboisie 2015 – Crémant du Jura, Brut

The nose is fruity and offers a very fine creaminess. It reveals notes of ripe lemon and small notes of egg cream associated with a hint of apple as well as an imperceptible hint of toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, an acidulous frame, a fine effevescence  as well as a very fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of peach, apple and small notes of pear associated with fine touches of candied lemon as well as a hint of litchee. Good length. A discreet hint of toasted and vanilla on the finish. There is an imperceptible hint of almond on the aftertaste.
