Fruitière Vinicole d’Arbois – Béthanie 2015 – Arbois

The nose is aromatic, well-built and offers freshness. It reveals notes of hay, quince and small notes of fresh/juicy apple associated with fine touches of quince and small notes of fresh/juicy apple associated with fine touches of fresh walnut, crunchy William pear as well as a discreet hint of hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of bee wax. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a beautiful fat/sauvity as well as a good finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy William pear associated with fine touches of apple, yellow peach as well as discreet hints of bee wax, hazelnut/walnut and an imperceptible hint of toasted (in the background).
