The first nose is discreet with light aromas of fruits. With air, the second wine opens with green unripe elements like green bell pepper and apple. The mouth is fresh, smoky with a strong flavour of apple and also again green bell pepper. It has a nice salivating acidity. We find again flower honey and even acacia in the finish.
