The wine shows a pale yellow colour with a pretty silver hue. The nose is dense, concentrated and perfumed, revealing notes of ripe yellow apples, pears, meadow flowers, linden, honey and peach blossom. On the palate the wine at first is very herbal with some medicinal bitterness, hay, sage and wormwood, later notes of sweet pear and lemon appear. The wine shows a lot of concentration and tension. There are creaminess and graininess at the same time in the texture. The finish is herbal, pleasantly bitter, succulent and complex.
