The nose is fruity and offers a certain elegance, a rather fine grain. There are notes of fleshy peach, ripe lemon and more slightly pineapple combined with a fine touch of stewed apple. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a delicate chiselled quality, some fat, roundness and a long finish. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy apple, peach and, more slightly, lychee combined with subtle touches of pineapple as well as fine points of white flowers, a subtle hint of local grove and a very discreet saline touch. Good length and persistence. Good work on the bitter taste.
