The nose is elegant, fruity and elegant. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, flowers and small notes of wild strawberry associated with a touch of Boysen berry, violet, rose, fine touches of chocolate as well as fine hints of tea, zan, cardamom and a very discreet hint of dried ground of local forest. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegante and offers a beautiful definition, tension, finesse, a finely acidulous frame, a beautiful minerality, a beautiful texture/silky touch as well as a beautiful fine and very finely tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and fleshy bigarreau cherry associated with small notes of raspberry/crushed red berries, plum, toasted/chocolate as well as hints of flowers (cornflower, violet), toasted almond and Bourbon vanilla.
