The nose is fruity and offers a certain gourmandize. It reveals notes of quince paste, mandarin paste and small notes of vine flowers associated with fine touches almost of dried apricot. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acid frame, a fine tension, a nice acidity, a small creaminess as well as a good definition. The effervescence is well-built. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon paste, mandarin paste and small notes of quince associated with small touches of pineapple as well as a subtle hint of dried apricot and a subtle hint of elderflower. Good length.
