(Without added sulfites) The wine shows a pale lemon green colour, slightly cloudy, with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is extremely fresh and intense, revealing nuances of white meadow flowers, a touch of acacia and honeysuckle, delicate nuances of pear blossom, fresh white pear and apple, a touch of pollen. The palate is juicy and bright, revealing fresh, crisp acidity, a completely dry, chalky character, light body and intense bubbles. Notes of yellow pears interlace with nuances of elderflower and lemon, with a light bitter almond note on the finish. A hint of lees on the finish. Refreshing and easy-drinking.
