The nose is fruity, elegant, mineral and racy. It reveals notes of quince, Williams pear and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with small touches of citrus, a hint of quenette as well as imperceptible hints of spices, beeswax and oak. The palate is fruity, frank and offers juiciness, a beautiful gourmandise, a small straightness, a beautiful definition, a small freshness, precision, a good structure, a fine unctuosity, a beautiful grain as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Williams pear, ripe peach, ripe apple and small notes of Kumquat, small yellow fruits associated with touches of citrus, a touch of quenette, flowers as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax (in the background), oak and an imperceptible hint of dried fruit. Good length and persistence.
