There are hints of crushed raspberry, fresh redcurrant and small notes of fresh violet associated with slight hints of cardamom and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, good definition and a juicy/tangy structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cherry, juicy/crunchy redcurrant and slight notes of fresh/tangy purple plum associated with touches of cardamom, chocolate and a subtle hint of toast. The tannins are supple and finely mellow. Nice chewiness on the finish/persistence. Nice freshness and a nice silky texture.
