The nose is fine, powerful and quite elegant. It reveals notes of quince, candied pear, peach in syrup and fine notes of crystallized tangerine associated with fine notes of Zante currants, flowers, vanilla and salted butter caramel. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmande, elegant, fine, relatively fleshy and a bit aerial. In the mouth this Cognac expresses fine notes of pear in syrup, a touch of peach in syrup and slight notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) combined with touches of caramel, a touch of mirabelle plum as well as touches of brioche / pâtisserie and a very discreet hint of cocoa. Good length and persistence.
