The nose is aromatic, elegant, well-built and offers gourmandise, a slight intensity as well as finesse. It reveals notes of Zante currant, dried orange zests, candied citron and candied orange combined with a subtle hint of candied wild strawberry, cedar, oak, vanilla and spices. The mouth is juicy, fruity, well-balanced, gourmand and offers elegance, a slight acid frame, a slight tension as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of candied lemon, cedar and crystallized mandarin associated with small notes of green apple, juicy yellow grapes and slight notes of juicy kumquat associated with slight notes of caramelization, pâtisseries as well as a very discreet hint of chocolate, cigar and an imperceptible hint of wood / grilled oak. Good length. Good persistence. Small / slight power and suavity on the finish / aftertaste.
