The nose is aromatic and offers power, intensity and a small peppery side. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, pulpy raspberry,small notes of ripe blackberry associated with touches of grey/cuben pepper, violet as well as hints of racy minerality and very discreet hints of toasted/caramelization. The palate is fruity, mineral, tight, well-balanced and offers freshness, a fine acidulous frame, fat as well as unctuosity and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, pulpy/juicy blackberry, small notes of cherry associated with fine touches of fleshy small red berries as well as hints of chocolate, camphor, caramelization and discreet hints of vanilla pod. Good length. Tannins are structuring and very finely marked.
