(70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Chardonnay) The nose reveals notes of toast, oaky notes and slight notes of flowers associated with a few notes of almond, slight notes of honey as well as notes of white fruits. The palate is fruity, nicely fat and well-balanced. In the mouth it expresses notes of peach, pineapple and bitter citrus (mandarin, lemon) associated with slight notes of honey, flowers and toasted almond on the finish. Good length. This wine need time to open.
