The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is floral and fruity, with a pleasant mineral background. It expresses notes of crunchy strawberry, crushed raspberry (or roasted raspberry), red cherry, blackcurrant and crushed blueberry, combined with a smoky touch of oregano, a hint of dried mint and a fragrant floral bouquet(violet, rosehip, lilac). On the palate, the wine is delicious and fruity, with a sweet touch on the attack and a nice tangy structure on the finish. It expresses the flavors of wild strawberry, raspberry coulis, red cherry jam, morello cherry and crushed blueberry, combined with notes of rosehip, violet and a sweet touch of peony, as well as touches of wild mint, oregano and tea leaf. The finish is savoury, pleasant and juicy, with a nice salivating acidity.
