The nose is fresh, fruity, gourmand and offers a fine richness as well as intensity. It reveals notes of quince, crushed brugnon and small notes of small compoted white fruit associated with toasted touches, citrus, a subtle hint of vanilla, almond as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and nutmeg / sweet spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, precise, frank and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful gourmandise, straightness, fat, finesse, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a mineral frame (racy minerality), tension as well as a melodious side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Brugnon, fleshy pear and small notes of quince associated with slight touches of small yellow fruits, vanilla, butter and an imperceptible hint of almond. Good length and persistence.
