The wine has a pale lemon yellow color, with slight green reflections. The nose expresses the tangy aromas of grapefruit, gooseberries and passion fruit, lime zest and green apple skin, combined with a delicate herbaceous touch of blackcurrant leaf, a mineral hint of limestone and a floral touch of apple blossom and acacia. The palate is airy, tangy and expresses above all the notes of green fruits and citrus fruits (green apple, yellow lemon, lime, gooseberries and green plum), associated with a slightly dry hint of limestone, a herbaceous touch of leaf of blackcurrant, good bitterness of grapefruit and a floral touch of acacia. The finish is moderately persistent, but refreshing and tangy (the acidity is lively and salivating).
